“The WMS has been running continuously in our warehouses of over 100,000 sqm since 1999. Every day, we prepare around 15,000 pallets for more than 300 stores. In one shift, 400 employees are involved. In fact, the actual implementation of the WMS went very quickly, thanks to a good plan. All systems were transferred overnight at the first warehouse, resulting in only minimal disruption to operations. A good system increases productivity, reduces errors and all of this translates directly into better availability of goods in our stores.”
